Terms of service

1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of yoursmine.online, operated by YoursMine B.V., P.C. Hooftstraat 151, 1071 BT Amsterdam, Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce 28833294 ("YoursMine", "we"). By creating an account or placing an order you accept these terms.

2. The platform

YoursMine is a marketplace connecting verified curators selling worn fashion items with buyers. YoursMine facilitates the transaction, payment and buyer protection, but the sale contract for each item is between the buyer and the curator.

3. Age requirement

The platform is strictly for adults. You must be 18 or older to create an account, buy, or sell. We verify curators' age through identity checks and require buyers to confirm their age; accounts found to belong to minors are removed immediately.

4. Curators

• Curators must complete Instagram and identity verification before selling.
• Listings must be accurate, with documented photos of the actual item, and may only offer items the curator owns and has the right to sell.
• Curators must ship sold items within 3 business days with the provided tracked label.
• YoursMine charges a 20% commission per sale; curators receive 80%, paid out via Stripe Connect.
• Attempting to move transactions off-platform is grounds for suspension.

5. Buyers

• Bids and purchases are binding. In auctions, the highest bid at closing wins; anti-snipe extensions may lengthen the auction.
• Due to the intimate nature of many items, all sales are final unless the item materially differs from its description (see Buyer protection).
• Payment is due immediately at purchase or upon winning an auction.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Listing counterfeit, stolen, or unhygienic items, or anything illegal under Dutch or EU law.
• Harassment of curators or buyers, or attempts to identify anonymous buyers.
• Circumventing fees, manipulation of auctions, or use of the platform by minors.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Suspended members are notified by email and can contact support@yoursmine.online to appeal. Pending payouts for legitimate completed sales are honoured.

8. Liability

YoursMine provides the platform "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of the transaction concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
