Who we are

YoursMine B.V., P.C. Hooftstraat 151, 1071 BT Amsterdam, Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce: 28833294) is the data controller for personal data processed on yoursmine.online. Questions or requests: support@yoursmine.online.

What we collect

• Account data — name, email address, date of birth (age verification), and your chosen alias.
• Order data — shipping address, order history, and communication about orders.
• Curator data — Instagram profile information (handle, follower count, profile picture) via Instagram's official API, and identity verification status via SnapID. Identity documents are processed by SnapID, not stored by us.
• Payment data — processed entirely by Stripe. We store only order amounts and payment status, never card or bank details.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, and usage data needed to run and secure the platform.

Why we process it (legal bases)

• Performing our contract with you: accounts, orders, payouts, support.
• Legal obligations: age verification (18+), tax and bookkeeping requirements, KYC/KYB rules.
• Legitimate interest: fraud prevention, platform security, service improvement.
• Consent: marketing emails — only if you opt in, withdrawable at any time.

Who receives your data

We share data only with processors necessary to run the service: Stripe (payments), SnapID (identity verification), our shipping partner (labels and tracking), our email provider (transactional email), and our hosting provider (EU-based infrastructure). We never sell personal data.

Buyer discretion

Curators see your alias, never your real name. Your shipping address is shared with the curator solely to the extent needed to dispatch your order, and parcels carry no platform branding.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Order and invoice data is retained for 7 years as required by Dutch tax law. You can delete your account at any time; data we're legally required to keep is retained for the statutory period only.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing. Email support@yoursmine.online — we respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Dutch DPA).

Cookies

We use functional cookies only: session authentication, age-gate confirmation, and theme preference. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
